Dr Faith Yator Dentewo

Faith is the deputy director kabarak university tvet institute,a mentor,coach and a leader.she is also entrepreneual lead trainer at the kabarak university tvet hub where she campiomd students innovations and turn technical skills gained into businesses,this is her inititaive as part of youth empowerment program to see young people become self employers.Faith is also nurtuting the young poeple through innovation where she trains ans mentors students at the TVET and the University to develope build innovation that can impact the society through solving problems that are in variojs communitues,faith traines,supports and mentors the students in patnership with like minded organizations such as GIZ,impact Africa and hubs within Nakuru including Nakuru box ,Mg hub among others,through the patners faith has trained over 200 young women and youth through inclusive entrepreneurship and community empowerment program.She has also worked closely woth youth empowerment clubs,rotarac clubs and other youth lead clubs to reach out to high schools ,empowering them on leadership skills,digital skills and career advancement encoraging peer to peer mentorship among the young people,she is also the coordinator innovation hub and has coordinator many outreach activities that support young girls from vulnarable families by offering them sanitary pads ,she has reached over 3000 girls over years.Her leadership and management skills as the deputy director at Kabarak university TVET has seen over 700 students graduate with technical skills and ready skills for the industry uptake,supprting uindusty patnership and academia,she is also a member of rotary club where she serves well her community especialy the young people,currently mentoring 7 students who are building up their innovations to solve communuty problems.
